Blooming Gardens is run by, Jen Russell, a gardener with over 15 years of experience, to provide a variety of professional gardening services throughout Angus and Dundee.

We are not a landscaping company but gardeners with a passion for plants and we want others to appreciate plants as much as we do. We like to use imaginative planting, as well as paving and other hard landscaping materials, to solve garden problems rather than easy, but not so attractive solutions.
